5 . A method of treating non-small cell lung cancer, the method comprising administering an anti-c-Met antibody drug conjugate comprising the following structure:
wherein n is an integer from 1 to 10, and wherein Ab is an IgG 1 anti-c-Met antibody comprising
a heavy chain variable region comprising a heavy chain CDR3 domain comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 3, a heavy chain CDR2 domain comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 2, and a heavy chain CDR1 domain comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 1; and
a light chain variable region comprising a light chain CDR3 domain comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 6, a light chain CDR2 domain comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 5, and a light chain CDR1 domain comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 4 to a patient in need thereof.
