The invention relates to B7 homology 3 protein (B7-H3) antibodies and antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), including compositions and methods of using said antibodies and ADCs.

a heavy chain variable region comprising
a CDR3 having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 12, SEQ ID NO: 35, and SEQ ID NO: 27.
and a light chain variable region comprising
a CDR3 having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of of SEQ ID NO: 15, SEQ ID NO: 39, and SEQ ID NO: 31;
a CDR2 having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 38, and SEQ ID NO: 30; and
a CDR1 having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 136, SEQ ID NO: 138, SEQ ID NO: 37, SEQ ID NO: 14, and SEQ ID NO: 29.
