Dark green mature abaxial foliar surfaces with variegation pattern consisting of broad blotches of color radially transitioning from green to greyed-purple. Alternating raceme inflorescence with floral bracts producing small translucent white and purple flowers. ‘HGV23’ has shown to express these characteristics consistently and stable from generation to generation.
