A new and distinct cultivar of Gerbera plant named ‘Hilswebla’, characterized by its compact, broadly upright and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; dense and bushy appearance; long flowering period; numerous large semi-double inflorescences with bright yellow and reddish orange bi-colored ray florets and bright yellow-colored disc florets; upright and moderately strong peduncles; and good garden performance and relatively tolerant to low temperatures.
