A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Flamboyance’, characterized by its upright plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; strong flowering stems; strong leaves; freely flowering habit with typically two inflorescences developing per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; greenish yellow-colored flowers with conspicuous reticulated red-colored venation; and good postproduction longevity.
