‘COPHANTO’ is a new and distinctive Colocasia plant which is characterized by near-black, strongly rugose, and velvety laminas borne on near-black petioles, heavily glaucous foliage which has an iridescent quality when viewed in direct sunlight, and the stability of all characteristics from generation to generation.
