A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Forever Young’, characterized by its upright plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; strong flowering stems; strong leaves; freely flowering habit with typically two inflorescences developing per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; flowers with light reddish purple-colored petals with darker reddish purple-colored dots; and good postproduction longevity.
