A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Mint’, characterized by its upright plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; strong flowering stems; strong leaves; freely flowering habit with typically two inflorescences developing per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; flowers with light yellow green-colored petals, sepals and labella; and good postproduction longevity.
