A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Cheeky Pirate’, characterized by its broadly upright plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; strong flowering stems; strong leaves; freely flowering habit with typically two inflorescences per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; reddish purple-colored flowers with darker reddish purple-colored labellum and light pale purple-colored petal and sepal margin edges; and good postproduction longevity.
