This new strawberry plant named ‘CIVL519’ is primarily adapted to the climate and growing conditions of Mediterranean and subtropical areas, and is primarily characterized by plants with compact leaves and visible fruits; easy to collect; fruits with regular and conical shape; easy to pollinate; excellent firmness consistency; and great taste with high sugar content and aroma.
