A new cultivar of Hydrangea paniculata plant named ‘GRHPLS’ that is characterized by its inflorescences with flowers that are creamy white in color and remain creamy white as they mature (they do not turn pink), its very compact and densely branched plant habit, and its dense panicles with sturdy sterile flowers.
