A variety of rose plant of the shrub class, named ‘AUSclergy’. The ‘AUSclergy’ is a variety of a very healthy and robust rounded medium sized rose shrub bearing fully open, medium large, almost flat rosettes of pure yellow having a medium-strong fruity fragrance with notes of apricot, green apple and honey.
