A new and distinct Echeveria plant named ‘TSAECH1812’ which is characterized by succulent foliage which is somewhat loosely held in a compact stemless rosette, lightly glaucous, dark yellow-green and greyed-green foliage which is distally margined and tipped greyed-red, and the stability of these characteristics from generation to generation.
