A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALHYLDO’, particularly characterized by having white flowers with greenish-yellow and white lips, 1 to 3 peduncles, flower longevity on the plant of 18 to 21 weeks, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
