A new and distinct Pelargonium cultivar named ‘G17004’ is disclosed, characterized by light violet flowers with an orange eye, and golden foliage with a dark center. Plants are well-branched, upright with a cascading, somewhat lax habit and produce sterile flowers. The new variety is a Pelargonium , typically produced as an outdoor ornamental plant.
