A new and distinct cultivar of Regal Geranium plant named ‘Regbero’, characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading and uniformly mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; freely basal branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; red purple and white bi-colored flowers; and no required cooling treatment for flower development.
