A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALGLAOR’, particularly characterized by having reddish-purple flowers with light purple edges and centers and red-purple lips, 1 to 3 peduncles that are long and sturdy, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
