The flesh of ‘Sweet Pekeetah’ has crunchy texture, green color and soluble solids concentration reaches 20-22%, with upstanding sensory quality. The postharvest life potential of ‘Sweet Pekeetah’ can last 60 days keeping the original high sensory quality.
