A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALGASEOT’, particularly characterized by having white flowers with extra-large white lips, 1 to 3 peduncles that are long and sturdy, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
