Abstract

A new and distinct Hibiscus cultivar named ‘MINSYBLE9’ is disclosed, characterized by large, dark violet-blue flower with a deep red basal blotch. Flower buds are uniquely dark Violet-Blue. Plants are erect and well branched. The new variety is a Hibiscus , normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
