Hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-PTF’

Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-PTF’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, upright growth, and large flowers having a medium sized dark red eye which extends about 25 percent of petal length. The outer edge of the eye is interrupted by radial venation, giving the appearance of a ragged edge. Nevertheless, the eye is clearly defined with a definite margin against a light bluish-pink zone which extends to the roughly the petal midpoint, grading into a watermelon red zone which extends to the petal edge, with the underlapping petal edge grading circumferentially to a pinkish orange.

       1. A new and distinct  hibiscus  plant named ‘DUP-PTF’, either grafted or on its own roots, as illustrated and described.
