Abstract
A new and distinct Vanda cultivar named ‘SPCDW1401’ which is characterized by unique sepal and petal coloration of dark, slightly purplish-red (sangria color) against a background coloration which is a combination of a lighter shade of sangria and dark vanilla, dark red spotting on the dorsal sepal and lateral petals, a netting pattern of the lateral sepals towards the center of the flower, and lateral sepals that are heavily blotched dark red. The margins of all petals and sepals are slightly ruffled. The new variety is a Vanda , typically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
