Abstract

A new cultivar of Hydrangea macrophylla plant named ‘H21-3’ that is characterized by its large sterile flowers that are star shaped and dark pink in color, its large inflorescences made up of double sterile flowers with numerous layers of sepals that extend down the pedicel, its very long bloom season, and its strong stems.
