Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-CYP’ characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, very upright habit appropriate for container production and culture, freely flowering habit and a large to very large double flower having a dark red eye zone which is margined against a scarlet body which is margined with bright yellow. The edge of each petal is ruffled, and the petals shallowly overlap.
