Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-IDP’ characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, very upright habit appropriate for container production and culture, freely flowering habit and large to very large flowers having a large, blackish red eye zone which is margined against a dark orange body which fades at the petal margin to a light orange.
