A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALDRIBIP’, particularly characterized by having purple flowers, 1 to 2 peduncles, a peduncle that is long and moderate, leaves that are oblong and moderately elongated, and is propagated by tissue culture is disclosed.
