A new and distinct cultivar of Dahlia plant named ‘Fidahhypteqsunrise’, characterized by its relatively compact, upright, somewhat outwardly spreading and mounding plant habit; early and freely flowering habit; large inflorescences with yellow and red bi-colored ray florets; and good postproduction longevity.
