Abstract
A new and distinct Clematis hybrid named ‘BFCCSAR’ is disclosed, characterized by a distinctive deep cobalt blue flowers with a thin red-purple center streak. Plants have a dense, shrubby plant form and are well suited for container plantings. Semi-double flowers in Spring(May/June), single flowers August/September. The new cultivar is a Clematis typically suited for ornamental container and landscape use.
