Abstract
A new and distinct Rhododendron cultivar named ‘HOMLEE’ is disclosed, characterized by distinctive fuchsia pink, semi-double flowers. Plant form is distinctively upright, with branches occurring at acute angles. Plants bloom Spring, Summer and Fall. The new cultivar is a Rhododendron , suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
