A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named PHALDONFI', particularly characterized by light pink flowers with purple stripes and red lip, 2 to 3 peduncles, a short and sturdy inflorescence, a narrow oblong leaf shape, and propagated by tissue culture is disclosed.
