A new and distinct Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Hoodooa’ particularly characterized by flowers which are are white; the labellum is white and yellow with orange/red stripes/spots; plants which may be propagated economically and uniformly using tissue culture; plants which produce more than one inflorescence; long and sturdy inflorescences; and relatively short, dark-green foliage.
