A new cultivar of hybrid Echinacea , ‘Pipas’, characterized by its inflorescences with red-orange cones with numerous ray florets that are held horizontal and open bright pink-red and mature to dark pink, its strong stems with numerous inflorescences, and its plant height of 50 to 55 cm.
