Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-SWTE’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, a dwarf, base-branching habit, with semi-upright habit appropriate for container production and culture, freely flowering habit, and a small flower, usually less than 5.5 inches in diameter, having a shiny, dark red eye which extends out about a third of the way to the flower edge, the eye margined in pumpkin orange which fades into a light orange body and edge.
