A new and distinct cultivar of Begonia plant named ‘BKPBEEGW’, characterized by its broadly upright, somewhat outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; moderately freely basal branching habit; medium-size leaves; uniform and freely flowering habit; and double flowers that are white in color on both the upper and lower surfaces.
