Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-FXL’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, extensively upright, sturdy growth, and large flowers having a rib of each petal which is currant red and which is sharply margined on the underlapping side with bright white. Pale red veins traverse a velvet-textured red zone which radiates to blush pink at the petal margins.
