A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-CRL’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, semi-upright habit appropriate for container production and culture, freely flowering habit, and a flower having a small, faded red eye, a pink zone which radiates from the eye, into a silver lilac zone, and a coral orange edge.
