A new and distinct cultivar of hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-RRAS’, characterized by a large, glossy, dark red eye slightly radiating between pale petal veins into a large lavender pink zone. Pale petal veins radiate nearly to the edge of the zone, which shades into a pale orange margin.
