Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-CJSS’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, sturdy, upright growth, and large flowers having a dark red eye radiating for 30 percent of the petal length in to a zone of bright orange with yellow veins which shades to a light orange toward the petal margin, which is edged in yellow.
