Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-EOK’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, upright habit appropriate for container production and culture, freely flowering habit, and large, double flowers having a complex eye zone with a medium-sized semi-glossy dark red center which radiates into a narrow band of violet, which radiates through a narrow band of brown orange into orange-suffused gold petals. The orange suffusion does not reach the margins of the gold petals.
