A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named ‘PER1232’, characterized by its uniform, upright and mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; mid-season flowering response; under natural season conditions, plants flower in about nine weeks in Southern California; large inflorescences with upright dark red-colored flower bracts; and good post-production longevity.
