A new and distinct Vriesea sp. plant named ‘SHINE’, characterized as funnel-form rosette plant, measuring about 35 cm to 40 cm in total height (when flowering) and about 45 cm in diameter; compound, orange-red (RHS 34A) and yellow-orange (RHS 14A) in color, bipinate spike inflorescence, measuring about 20 cm to 25 cm in height and about 12 cm in diameter; about 5 branches; and green foliage, measuring about 32 cm to 40 cm in length and about 3.0 cm in width.
