‘SEIKA’, a new and distinct variety of Nandina domestica , characterized by its tight, dense upright plant habit; slow growth rate; and unique deep red-colored young foliage and deep green-colored mature foliage. Deep red color of young foliage is retained while the plant is actively growing.
