A new and distinct Salvia cultivar named ‘MELEN’ is disclosed, characterized by distinctive yellow calyx and dark brown corolla, large individual flower size and early flowering. ‘MELEN’ is highly floriferous and has an upright plant habit. The new variety is a Salvia, normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
