Abstract

A new and distinct Hydrangea cultivar named ‘INH-HYD-14’ is disclosed, characterized by narrow, pubescent leaves, which are red when young. Large, red hairs on actively growing stems, and a long period before blooming starts. The new variety is a Hydrangea , with interesting foliage, suitable for outdoor container and garden purposes.
