A new cultivar of Phygelius named ‘CROPURPRI’ that is characterized by compact upright habit, purple stems, purple flowers, and dark-green foliage. In combination these traits set ‘CROPURPRI’ apart from all other existing varieties of Phygelius known to the inventor.
