Abstract

A new cultivar of Cuphea named ‘FLAMENCO RUMBA’ that is characterized by open upright habit, dark yellow-green foliage, and large light red flowers that bloom continuously through spring, summer and fall. In combination these traits set ‘FLAMENCO RUMBA’ apart from all other existing varieties of Cuphea known to the inventor.
