A new and distinct variety of nectarine tree, Prunus persica , and which is denominated varietally as ‘Burnecteighteen’, and which produces an attractively colored yellow-fleshed, clingstone, sub-acid nectarine which is mature for harvesting approximately July 10 to July 22 under ecological conditions prevailing in the San Joaquin Valley of central California.
