Abstract
A new and distinct variety of Floribunda rose plant is provided which abundantly forms double flat cup-shaped bright multi-colored blossoms. The blossoms display a distinctive random mixture of streaks and spots of red, orange, and yellow on the upper petal surfaces. The plant exhibits an upright bushy growth habit. The foliage is medium to dark green and semi-glossy and contrasts nicely with the multi-colored blossoms. The new variety is particularly well suited for growing as attractive ornamentation in an informal garden setting.
