A new cultivar of Clematis named ‘Zoin’ that is characterized by an upright scandent habit, low to medium height and pink flowers that are suitable for use as cut flowers. In combination these traits set ‘Zoin’ apart from all other existing varieties of Clematis known to the inventor.
