Abstract

The subject of the present disclosure is a new and distinct variety of crape-myrtle, named 'Summer Flash', which is characterized by its bright red purple blooms, its dwarf habit, and its extremely heavy branching habit and its extremely numerous amount of blooms. The new variety is hardy and well-branched.
